The New Zealand Association cabled, regretting that it could not be represented at the conference. It was decided to omit New Zealand from the agreement to be framed. In the event of the Dominion applying later to join, it would be treated as a new party to the agreement. MILE CHAMPIONSHIP WON BY BEAUREPAIRE. Received January 19, 9.40 a.m. SYDNEY, January 19. Beaurepaire won the mile swimming championship of Australasia easily in 24min Bsec.
