VESSEL TOWED TO PORT. ALBANY, January 16. The Harland and Bartlett S.S. Company's steamer Harbart, of 3,-310 tons, while on her way from Mauritius to Melbourne, lost her propeller in the Australian Bight. She was picked up by the steamer Clan Ferguson, and towed here.
