OVERTHROW 0? KOREA. IDEA COftiBATEIJ. PRINCE ITO'S VIEWS. TOKIO, January 15. Prince Ito, Japanese ResidentGeneral in Korea, in a striking speech at Tai-ku, strenuously combated the idea that Japan was aiming at the overthrow of Korea. He declared that the Sovereigns of Japan and Korea were in mutual fraternal relationship, and would be grieved if friction arose between the two peoples.
