TENTH ROUND. A SECTION. Waverley 23, Turaganui 11„ Waipawa 30, Petane 22. Remuera 22, Eltham 16. Bluff Hill 27, Pahiatua 8. Stratford 24, Victoria 13. Pihama, a bye. B SECTION. Hastings 32, Havelock 13. Thorndon 19, Hawera 17. Newtown 18, Palmerston 12. St. Johns 27, Patea 21. Napier 26, Upper Plain 16. Carlton, a bye. C SECTION. Greenmeadows 23, Farndon 16. Masterton 27, Manaia 17. Kelburne 30, Greytown 12. Wanganui 36, Dannevirke 10. Feilding 25, Wellington 12. Gisborne beat Karori. Petane defeated Pahiatua after a close game by 17 to 14. Tne game between Thorndon and St. John's resulted in favour of the former by 25 to 18. Patea defeated Havelock by 18 to 16 , after an excitingly close game. Waipawa beat Remuera by 24 to 22. The Napier v. Carlton match resulted in a win for Napier by 26 to 22. Waverley were in the lead on the 13th head in their game with Victoria, but the latter then got going and won by 23 to 19. Upper Plain beat Newtown after an interesting game by 22 to 20 after a long drawn out game. Bluff Hill defeated Stratford by 27 to 18. Napier, Bluff Hill and Feilding were winners of their various sections. Napier and Bluff Hill got their game off, Napier winning by 21 to 20. Should Napier beat Feilding tomorrow they win the Champion Fours. On the Greenmeadows green, Greenmeadows beat Farndon by 24 to 16. Kelburn had an easy victory over Greytown, winning by 30 to 12. Masterton led all the way in their irame with Manaia, and won by 21 to 11. Waneanui defeated Dannevirke by 36 to 10. Feilding beat Wellington by 25 to 12. Karori scored their first win by putting down the strong Gisborne team by 19 to 16. Feilding won from Karori by 26 to 13. Masterton defeated Gisborne easily by 33 to 14. Wanganui put down Kelburne by 21 to 16. Greenmeadows led throughout from ■ Greytown, and won by 25 to 17. Wellington easily defeated Danne.virke by 31 to 15. Famdon beat Manaia by 21 to 15.
