DISPUTE BETWEEN BOAED AND PLAYERS. MR WARNER'S OPINIONS. Received January 11, 8.45 a.m. LONDON, January 10. Mr P. F. Warner, captain of the British team that visited Australia in 1903-4, writing to the "Westminster Gazette," says the leaning Australian cricketers unduly flatter themselves if they believe that the Marylebone Club will not receive a team from which they are excluded. Mr Warner regrets the dispute between the Board of Cricket Control and the players, and recognises , that the leading players are perfectly straight in their attitude, saying that very probably £6OO is insufficient for the trip. There is no question of secret payments. NEW SOUTH WALES v. SOUTH AUSTRALIA. Received January 11, 9.47 p.m. SYDNEY, January 11. New South Wales have lost 9 wickets for 445 (Bardsley 119, MacArtney 100, E. Waddy 20, T. L. Waddy 23, S. Gregory 93, Kellaway not out 22),
