NOT BURGUNDY.
Received January 10, 4.30 p.m. LONDON, January 9. The proprietor of a small restaurant at New Cross was fined 20s and costs one shilling for sellling Australian wine as burgundy. The wholesale firm who supplied him with the wine admitted that the bottles had been labelled in error.
