PR IPSED BUILDING PROGRAMME.

Mr Newbery, Secretary of the Navy, has submitted to the House of Representatives Naval Committee, the plans for the expenditure of seventy-five million dollars on four 25,090-ton battleships, four scout cruisers, four submarines, and ten destroyers.
