ADA CROSSLEY'S CONCERT.
At "The Dresden," to-morrow morning, the box plan will be opened for the concert to be given in Masterton by Madams Ada Crossley and her brilliant company of artists. Since Madame Crossley's return from Europe she has been in a whirl of receptions. Invitations have poured in upon her from leaders of society, and the many musical organisations have vied with each other to do her honour. She has also been the guest of honour at the various State Government Houses. The tenor with the Company (Mr J. Harrison) has appeared at almost all the principal Choral Societies in Great Britain, and has recently appeared with enormous success in opera. On his last visit to Australia Mr Percy Grainger demonstrated his right to take a high place amongst interpreters of pianoforte music. Now, however, he has reached the maturity of his powers. The violinist with the party is M. Leon Sametini, and Mr Harold Whittle is accompanist.
