Received January 7, 10.50 p.m, VIENNA, January 7.

I The newspaper "Nieu Frie Presse," in a extraordinarily violent article on Britain, declares that Britain pretends to be peaceful and yet stirs the fire at Belgade, and incites the boycott against Austria, ruining her industries. Britain's hostility against Austria-Hungary was intended to demonstrate the danger of any country standing by Germany. The paper affirms that Britain drops poison into the ears of the Servian Ministry, and continually lays new traps for Austria at Constantinople.

ARTICLE CAUSES A SENSATION. Received January 7, 10.50 p.m. LONDON, January 7. "The Times' " Vienna correspondent states that the article has caused considerable sensation in Vienna.
