ALLEGED TERRORIST PLOT.
BOMB EXPLOSION.
A WAITER KILLED,
TWENTY ARRESTS MADE.

LONDON, January 4.
The explosion of a bomb at a cafe yesterday resulted in sensational developments. According to the St. Petersburg correspondent of the "Daily Mail" a student momentarily deposited a packet containing a bomb on a table in the Central Cafe at St. Petersburg.
A waiter touched the parcel, and an explosion followed, with the result tnat he was killed. . As an outcome of the incident twenty arrests were made, including several persons at the Palace at Tsarskoye Selo (18 miles south of St. Petersburg).
The police claim to have discovered a vast Terrrrist plot on the lives of the Imperial Family and high officials.
