Weights for all races on, second day of meeting will be declared about 8 30 o'clock on the evening of the first day's races. Acceptances for second day's races close with the Secretary at the Club's rooms, Woodville, at 9.30 on the evening of the first day's races. PENALTIES. Fkt Ilaces—The winner of any flat race (after declaration of weights, if handicapped under Bst lOlbs) to carry lOlbs penalty, and for every additional race Gibs extra ; if handicapped at Bst lOlbs or over, to carry only halE the above penalties.
