E. ."REYNOLDS AND CO., VfD 50-52 VICTORIA STREET WELLINGTON. M'DOUG-ALL'S TO THE FORE AGAIN. IT is now four years ago since Messrs McDougall Bros, first put on the market their now famous Arsenic Sulphur Paste Dip, and since then the volume of output has been enormously increased. The following are a few of the reasons, culled -from the numerous ■unsolicited testimonials coiping to hand by every mail, why it is becoming the popular dip u'ith New Zealand flockowners:— 1. St is easiiy rwixed wsilb cold water .of any quality 2. It does not separate like powder, but remains in solution, reducing 1 the quantity of sediment to a minimum. 3. It does not rob the wool of its natural yoke, nor harden the staple, thus leaving it beautifully soft unci lustrous. it destroys the eggs as well as the parasite, and adheres to the -fleece, thus rendering reinfection impossible before shearing. 5. It is a preventive of Majwc.l Fly, which unfortunately is ruling a menace to sheepfarwers throughout the Dominion. 6. It has been' officially approved by tho British Board of Agriculture. 7. It is supplied at a guaranteed and uniform strength at a reasonable cost. At the Royal Agricultural Society's Show, held at Newcastle-on-Tyne, in July last, McDougall Bros/ Dips came out on top, taking thirty-fivo first prizes and special prizes attached for sheep dipped in McDousrall's, thus proving the superiority of this wellknown composition. The following letter speaks for itself : liakowhai, Hawke's Bay, N.Z., August 20th, 1908. Messrs McDougall Bios., Manchester.
Dear Sirs, —I have used your Arsenic Sulphur Paste Dip since its introduction to tho Co.V>ny, nearly four years ago. 1 aui pleased to way that it lias given me entire satisfaction, and for keeping tlifi sheep free from tides, lice, and as a preventive against the "Fly," it surpasses any dip used by me previously. The water I use is full of lime, yet it mixes nice'j, and, like your old "NonPoisonous" fluid, leaves tho wool beautifully soft and lustrous. You are at liberty to make whatever use of this letter you wish. My flock (of 7,000 sheep) is open to inspection by anyone desirous of doing so, the sheep again this season being beautifully free from parasites. Yours faithfully, (Signed) HUGH McDONALD. Tlieir Representative, ME E. HARRISON, is now in this district, and all infomation can be had from him, or the local agents, NEW ZEALAND LOAN AND MERCANTILE CO.
