WESTPORT, December 29
The Minister of Justice intimates that the Governor has remitted the tine of £l2 10s imposed on Haakon Haakensen for dealing in uncustomed tobacco. Information on which the prosecution was based was frankly given by Haa'censen a3 a witness for the defence in the prosecution 6f Hallinen and Andersen for the hJurke murder.
