Acceptances for second day's races close with the Secretary at the Club's rooms, Woodville, at 9.30 on the evening of the first clay's races. PENALTIES. Flat Races —The winner of any flat race (after declaration of weights, if handicapped under Sst lOlbs) to carry lOibs penalty, and for every additional race Gibs extra ; if handicapped at Bst lOlbs or over, to carry only half the above penalties.
