INCREASE OF CAPITAL,
Received December 23, 8 a.m. LONDON, December 22. At a special general meeting of Dalgety and Company, Ltd., Mr E. T. Doxat presiding, it was unanimously agreed to increase the qapital of the company by £1,000,000 by the creation of new £lO 5 per cent, preference shares.
