UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. The "Talkeries,"' in Mason's Buildings, Bannister street, Masterton, which have been closed for soma weeks past, re-open to-day under the proprietorship of Messrs P. Holton and Co., of Wellington, who are probably the largest importers of phonographs, records and accessories in the Dominion. Thi-? enterprising firm intends to bring the Masterton branch right into line with the best in the Metropolitan cities, and have opened with a magnificent assortment of machines and over 5,000 new records. As they import very largely direct from Home and Continental houses, Messrs Holton and Co. receive a continuous stream of the very latest ar.d most popular records, both vocal and instrumental, and local residents are assured that in future they will have a selection equal to that offered to residents in the city. Special inducements are offered to the public during the Christmas reason.
