REDUCTION OF ARMAMENTS

BUENOS AYRES, Dec. 18,
A Bill authorising the construction of two Dreadnoughts has been reintroduced into the Argentine Parliament and adopted. It is reported at Buenos Ayres that Britian and America have ! tcniered their good offices to the Argentine and Brazil to promote a diminution of armaments.
