MEALS FOR UNDERFED CHILDREN.
Received December 18, 8.5 a.m. LONDON, December 17.
The London Education Committee is applying to the London County Council for £IO,OOO from the rates to provide meals for underfed children. The amount stated will be required if the voluntary subscriptions are maintained.
