A CARTERS' STRIKE.
DISLOCATION OF TRADE IN DUBLIN. MILITARY PROTECTION ASKED FOR'. Received December 18, 8.30 a.m. LONnON, December 17. A cartel's' strike in Dublin caused such a dislocation of trade that the Shipping Federation offered a thousand men to unload and deliver cargoes. It is likely the offer will be accepted. Traders are petitioning for the services of troops in the docks to protect imported men.
