MEASURE
Received December 17, 10.45 p.m. SYDNEY, December 17. The Assembly has passed a Minimum Wage Bill. The minimum wages of boys and girls has been fixed at 4s weeklj. The Labour members fought frr ss. Mr Wade argued that it was a piece of experimental legislation, and experience had proved that it might be safely done. Tlie minimum could be raised.
