BALLANCE DAIRY COMPANY.
A RECORD PAYMENT. By Telegraph—Press Association. PAHIATUA, December 15. The Ballance Co-operative Dairy Company is paying out to-day some £6,500 for milk supplied during November, the price being elevenpence per pound for butter-fat. This is a record payment for the month of November in the history of the company, and the make of butter for the month exceeds that of the same period last season by several tons. A num • ber of large suppliers draw cheques of upwards of £IOO for the month's supply.
