THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION.
VOTING STRENGTH OF PARTIES. Received December 15, 8.8 a.m. NEW YORK, December 14. The "New York Times" states that Mr Taft received 7,659,680 votes in the Presidential election, and Mr Bryan, the Democratic candidate, 6,450,690.
