CRICKET.

A cricket tour has been arranged by a Palmerston North team for five days at Christmas time, says the "Manawatu Daily Time?." The tsam is not an association rep. team, but is composed of those willing to make the trip. The team will leave Palmerston North on Christmas Night by the 5.10 train, playing Saturday and Monday, December 26th and 28th, at Masterton, and will then proceed to Carterton, playing a team there on December 29th and 30th, returning home-on the 33th or 31st. Masterton and Carterton have both agreed to play on the above dates, and a very enjoyable outing is being looked forward to.
