HOLLAND AND VENEZUELA. DUTCH CAPTURE A COASTGUARD 5 HI?. TROUBLE BREWING. Received December 14, 9.53 p.m. LONDON, December 14. Reuter's Curacoa correspondent reports that the Dutch cruiser Zelderland captured the Venezuelan coastguardship Alix outside Puerto Cabello (a seaport of Venezuela, 78 miles west from Caracas), sent the crew ashore, and took the vessel to Willemstad, the capital of Curacoa, the most important of the Dutch West India Islands.
