A CRICKETER KILLED.
By Telegraph—Press Asseciatfou NELSON, December 14. A collision occurred on Saturday between two cricketers (Hull and Eban) on the Moutouere Club's ground. TKe former was in a stooping position with the sun in his eyes, and Eban struck him on the! shoulder. Then their heads together. Hull became unconscious;but was able to walk later on half a mile to a hotel, where he collapsed and expired at 2 a.m. on Sunday from concussion of the brain and injury to an artery of the heart. Hull was about 23, and was shortly to be married. His financee was on the ground at the , time of the accident.
