DETAILS OF SATURDAY S GAMES. DOUBLES GAME. SYDNEY, December 13. In the Champion Doubles Alexander and Dunlop beat Wilding and Sharp, 6—3, 6—2, 6—l. SINGLES CHAMPIONSHIP WON BY ALEXANDER. Received December 13, 4.15 p.m. SYDNEY, December 13. In the Doubles, Alexander and Danlop kept their opponents in difficulties all through. Sharp was outclassed and Wilding below form, mainly due to lack of support by his partner.
In the Singles Championship Alexander beat Dunlop, 3—5, 3 —6, 6 —o, 6—2, 6—l.
It was a fine game, Alexander's volleying service and stamina carrying him through. The Tennis Association presented Alexander with a silver-mounted clock.
