KOPUARANGA NOTES.
RURAL MATTERS. A DANGEROUS BRIDGE. (Special to the Age). Shearing ODerations are well on the way, some two or three sheds being cut out. There has been no accidents, among the shearers this season so far reported, as against two rather serious ones iast year. The clip is very good. A bridge on the Mauriceville South* Road is in a dangerous state of repair.
Crops of all kinds are looking; fairly well, though somewhat parched, but art not so stunted as; last season, for want of rain. Therape crops seem to suffer most in this locality. Potatu crops are good. The milk supply at the local creamery is decreasing owing to the dry weather. Heavy showers are falling this, morning.
