OTICE is hereby given of the intention of the Castlepoint County Council to take under the Provisions of the Public Works Act, for the following purposes, viz., a Roadman's Residence, also a place to store timber and County Plant and Material, also a place to keep the County horse teams, certain lands within the Castle Point County, being part of section numbered two hundred and eighty seven (287) on the plan of the Whareama Block, which [said lands are more 1 particularly described in the Schedule hereunder, that a plan showing the said land, together with the names of the owners and occupiers so far as the same arejknown, is deposited at the offices of the said County Council at Tinui, and is open for public inspection at all times during usual office hours. That |the said Castle Point County Council hereby call upon all persons affected or likely to be affected by the taking of the said land, to set forth in writing any well-grounde'd objection or objections to the taking of the said lands for the purposes aforesaid, and to send such objection to the said Castle Point County Council Offices at Tinui within 40 days from the date of the first publication of this notice. And it is hereby further notified that upon receipt or any such objection or objections in writing as aforesaid, the said aforesaid Castle Point County Council will appoint a time and place for the consideration of the samp, of which notice will be given.
