OPENING THE NEW TECHNICAL SCHOOL.

Mra R. J. SeddOri, in reply to an invitation extended to her and her f Attiily to be present &t the opening r of the Seddon Memorial Technical School, in Masterton, on Thursday next, wired to the Secretary of the Institution (Mr N. D. Bunting) on Saturday as follows:—"Letter received. Please convey to the Managers my appreciation of their thoughtfulness. Will be pleased to be present with members of. my

family at the opening of the Technical School, which is erected as &\ memorial to tlae late R. -5. Seddon." Invitations have been issued to leading townspeople and local bodies, and the school premises to have an auspicious opening. The Minister for Education (the Hon. G. Fowlds) will be present.
