CASTLEPOINT COUNTY CO'JNCIL. -LN tion of the Castlepoint County Council to take under the provisions of the Public Works Act, for the following purposes, viz., a Roadnian'd Residence, also place to Store Timber and County Council Plant and Material, also a place to keep the Connty Council Horse Teams, certain lands situate within the Castlepoint County, being part of section numbered two hundred and eighty-seven (287) on the plan of the Whareama Block, which said lands are more particularly described in the schedule hereunder that a plan showing the said land together with the names of the owners and occupiers thereof, so far as the same are known, is deposited at the offices of the said County Council at Te Nui, and is open for public inspection at all times during usual office hours, That the said Castlepoint County Council hereby call upon all persons affected, or likely to be affected, by the taking of the said land, to set forth in writing any well grounded objection or objections to the taking of lands for the purposes aforesaid, and to send such objection to the said Castlepoint County Council offices, at T§. Nui, within forty days from the date of the first publication of this notice. And it is hereby further notified that upon receipt of any such objection or objections in writing as aforesaid, the said aforesaid Castlepoint County Council will appoint a time and place for the consideration of the same of which notice will be given : Dated at Te Nui this fourth day of December, 1908.
