IT will he necessary shortly to notify the above-mimed examining bodies as to the subjects for which examination papers will bo required in connection with the examinations to be held in New Zealand in 1909, probably in the months of May and July respectively. Students of technical classes are advised fco hand in at once the names of the subjects they propose to take to the Director or other person in charge of the clas-es. Private students desiring to be examined should forward at once the names of the subjects they propose to take to the Inspector-General of Schools, Education Department, Wellington. Syllabuses of the subjects of examination may bo seen at the oiiice of tho Education Board, or at tho local technical school or classes. G.
