A NEW PRESIDENT ELECTED
Received December 3, 10.20 a.m PORT-AU-PRINCE, Dec. 2. The people of Port-au-Prince rose and formed a provisional Government, with General Legitime as President.
* General Nord Alexis was appointed President of Hayti in 1902.
