The Address-in-Reply was carried by 32 votes to 26. The Treasurer has delivered his Budget. The revenue last year was £4,488,000, and the year closed with a surplus of £115,200, the loan expenditure being £1,034,000, the sum of £885,000 being spent on the railways.
