HOMAGE TO THE SOVEREIGN. Received December 3, 8.51 p.m. PEKIN, December 3. Pu-yi was crowned Emperor of China to-day. The function took place at the Royal Palace, and the Coronation was attended with great ceremony.. Pu-yi toddled to the Throne without assistance, and received the kowtows of the princes and officials.
