"NEW YORK WORLD" APOLOGISES.

NEW YORK, November 30.
The "New York World"' accepts the German contradiction of the summary of Mr W. Bayard Hale's interview with the Kaiser, and apologises for an honest mistake. The "World" says that in the editor's absence proofs were sent to Mr Hale and corrected, and this was considered evidence of Mr Hale's approval of the article.
