MR BARCLAY ASKS FOR A RECOUNT. By Telegrapn—Press Association. DUNEDIN, December 1. Mr Barclay is asking for a recount of the Dunedin North poll by a Magistrate on the question of duplicate voting, as to the validity of absent voters' votes, as to the one informal vote. If the Magistrate will settle these questions by themselves Mr Barclay says he has no desire to interfere further in the election.
