Minimum* .1 point on 2nd. ! Total for November,. 1.60 inches, as against 2.92, 3.93,. 3.97. and 1.83 for I November 1904, 1905, 1906 and 1907. Total for eleven months, 30.85 inches, as against 43.17, 47.90, 39.60 and 53.12 for the corresponding .period in 1904, 1905, 1906- and 1907, from which it will be seen that the rainfall for the eleven months is 13 inches below tne average, excluding 1907, if that year is included it is 15 inches short.
