SERIOUS ACCIDENT.
By Telegraph— Press Association. WELLINGTON, November 23. A conductor named William Levers, a married man, aged 28 years, was caught between two cars at the Newtown sheds this afternoon, and had his right leg so seriously crushed that it had to be amputated at the thigh.
