MUTINY OF CHINESE TROOPS.
NOT BELIEVED TO BE SERIOUS. MUTINEERS DEFEATED. Received November 24, 12.8 a.m. PEKIN, November 23. A mutiny of troops, which is not believed to be serious, is reported from Nganking, the capital of Nganwei. The mutineers were defeated, and were not allowed to enter the tow n.
