CHEAP CABLES.
A REPLY TO MR HENNIKER HEATON. Received November 20, 9 a.m. LONDON, November 19. Sir John Wolfe-Barry, Chairman of the Eastern Extension Cable Company, in reply to Mr Henniker Heaton, states that Lord Balfour of Burleigh was not connected with any cable company until 1905.
