UNREST IN INDIA.
CHARGES OF SEDITION. Received November 20, 9 a.m. CALCUTTA, November 19. The Viceroy, Lord Minto, is interrupting his tour in Oudh, and proceeding to Calcutta to discuss the situation. Several Babus were arrested at Khulna and Narainganj, towns in Bengal, on charges of sedition. Materials for the manufaoture oi bombs were found in the residence of one of them.
