PIGOTT TO BE PROCEEDED AGAINST. Received November 20, 8.30 a.m. LONDON, November 19. The Bishop of Bath and Wells (the Right Rev. Dr Kennion), under the Clergy Discipline Act, is proceeding against Pigott, head of the "religious" sect, whose headquarters is •'The Abode of Love" at Spaxton, and have caused much scandal. (Pigott was at one time a clergyman of the Established Church).
