OLYMPIC GAMES.
DISSATISFIED AMERICANS. Received November 19, 9 a.m. LONDON, November 19. Reuter's correspondent states that the Amateur Athletic Union of America declines to recogrise Carpenter's disqualification for fouling another runner in a race at the Olypmic Games at Shepherd's Bush. It is declared that members of the Union wiil not be allowed to compete in any future international events unless the management of the meetings at which those events are decided is approved by the union.
