WHAT IT COST TO SUPPRESS. / Received November 18, 9 a.m. BERLIN, November 17. It is reported in Berlin that Germany paid £IO,OOO for the suppression of the Kaiser's interview printed in the American Century Magazine, which publication was ready for issue.
