GOVERNMENT WILL ADHERE TO BUILDING PROGRAMME. Received November 18, 8.20 a.m. ' LONDON, November 17. In the House of Commons, the P/ime Minister, the Right Hon. H. H. replying to Mr J. B. Lonsdale, Conservative member for Mid-Armagh, said the Admiralty saw no necessity for altering the naval programme sanctioned fjr the current financial year; so the Government would adhere to it as a whole.
