Received November 19, 12.12 a.m. BRISBANE, November 18. In the Assembly Mr Bowman, after a hostile criticism of the events leading up to the formation of the coalition Ministry, and the Government proposals moved,- "that the constitution of the Ministry is a violation of the will of the people as expressed at the ballot' box in February, and therefore does not possess the confidence of the House." The Premier, in replying, declared that the real reason of the motion was the animosity of the Labour party to the Premier proceeding in the matter.
