The Ruapehu brought out on Monday some stud sheep for various owners. They arrived in splendid condition. The sheep include two Leicester ewes and one lamb from the Barelwell flocks to Messrs Dalgety for A. Archibald, Christchurch; 12 Romncy rams from Charles File, Eltham, Kent, to Dalgety and Co., one Down ram from the Duke of Richmond's flocks to Mrs Lancaster, Wellington, also one Jersey bull and one Jersey heifer to the same consignee from Arthur Pocock, Freegrove, Colne, through Messrs Abraham and Williams; two Romney rams for Sir J. G. Ward; one Romney ram for W. Giant, Lyttelton; two Romney rams and two Romney ewes from W. Miller, Faversham, for .Mr Hutchinson, through Dalgety and Co.
