BOARD OF TRADE TO PREVENT DISPUTES. Received November 17, 9 a.m. LONDON, November 16. The President of the Board ofTrade, the Right, Hon. Winston* Churchill, invites the Manchester' societies of employers and employed' to meet the Board of Trade, with a view to supplementing the Brooklands agreement by methods of ascertaining the actual state of trade, and. the establishment of a conciliations scheme in order to prevent, disputes-'" in the cotton trade. If a Scheme is devised, it will be submitted for approval to the different organisations concerned.
