The following is Captain Edwin's forecast to 3 p.m. to-morrow:— Moderate to strong easterly winds northward of Napier and New Plymouth, but moderate to strong northerly elsewhere, and falling barometer everywhere. There are some indications of rain northward of Thames and Manakau Heads.
