Mr J. C. Boddington reports that the rainfall registered at Upper Plain for the 24 hours up till 9 a.m. on Thursday was 6 points. By Telegraph —Press Association. WELLINGTON, November 12. The following is Captain Edwin's precast to 3 p.m. to-morrow:— 1 Jloderate to strong winds ; imd principally from the Eastward with a falling barometer. There are indications for rain in the northernmost districts.
